Valentine's Day

Any amendments to your Valentine’s Day order must be received by Friday 12th February. This includes change of address, spelling of names and amendments to card messages. After the 12th we cannot guarantee that these updates will be made.

How We Are Responding to COVID-19

The safety of our customers, our florists, and our team members are our top priority. This is an unprecedented time, and we want to communicate with you how we are dealing with COVID-19. We have temporarily made some updates to our floral design and delivery process. For further details, please read on below.

Contactless Delivery

For the time being, we have instructed our floral partners to utilize contactless delivery to ensure their safety and the safety of your loved ones. This means that our florist will either call the recipient first and notify them of the upcoming delivery and arrange to leave the flowers at the door or they will knock on the door, move away and leave the flowers on the doorstep, maintaining social distancing rules as they communicate with the recipient.

Flower Availability

Due to flower supply challenges across the country we have recently had to reduce our regular range. We know that currently our florists are having difficulty sourcing roses, natives and tropical blooms but flower supply does vary by region. As a result it may be necessary for your florist to substitute some or all of your flowers using a mix of their freshest in-store blooms. This may happen even when you’ve selected a specific design from our website. All our floral partners will do their best to create something as close as possible to the design you ordered but at times this might not be possible and even colour palette may vary.

Teleflora prides itself on our high standards. We believe our reputation for excellence, and our commitment to high standards of customer service sets us apart from other organisations. Our network of professional and quality assured florists has been delivering fresh flowers for over 80 years throughout New Zealand. We support local florists all over the country and handle the sending and receiving of international and domestic floral and gift orders to and from New Zealand. Teleflora has reassessed our standards and we continue to set high goals for ourselves. Whether you are our customer, or you are looking to become a member, you know that with Teleflora you can expect the best.

Established in 1926, Teleflora is one of New Zealand's oldest and most trusted floral relay services. It was the first florist relay service in New Zealand by many years and one of the first in the world. Today, we have built a network of over 120 florists throughout New Zealand and we're internationally connected to over 50,000 affiliated florists in over 100 countries.

Teleflora is administered by a central service that accepts phone and web orders and distributes them via our network of local florists so the recipient gets the freshest flowers beautifully designed. Because we're such a visible brand, we're motivated to ensure that our reputation for high standards is maintained. Any customer should feel that there are systems in place to ensure that their gift gets the attention it deserves. Their gift will be delivered on time and to a standard they'd be pleased with.

Teleflora New Zealand is a part of Teleflora and Petals Network family. Headquartered in Armidale, Australia, the network spans over New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom with over 1,300 member florists. In June 2012, Teleflora was acquired by an affiliate of Teleflora USA, making Teleflora New Zealand a part of the world’s leading flower delivery service.
