How soon will my order be processed?

Orders are processed during normal office hours, which are 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. Same day delivery in New Zealand is usually possible where the order is received before 2pm on a weekday or 10am on Saturday. Orders placed outside of these hours, or orders going to a rural delivery address may not be able to be delivered on the same day. Where this is the case, Teleflora will send your order with the next available delivery.

What affects the price I pay?

The prices you see in this site are the recommended range for each item (generally, the floral arrangements illustrated represent the middle price). All prices are total vlaue (inclusive of flowers, handling, delivery and tax) so you pay no more at checkout. If you have any questions, please ask us.

Do I get flowers exactly like the ones I see here?

Teleflora has gone to tremendous trouble to try and ensure that flower types and presentation are maintained as closely as possible to the examples you see. However, flowers and containers may vary from florist to florist and season to season. If necessary, we'll choose the right alternative while fully maintaining the value of your order.
